Dr. Stan Rosenberg, PhD, is a behavioral scientist who taught at over ten universities across MENA/EU and researched soft power, psychology and influence before leaving academia. He advised political leaders using behavioral science to influence public opinion and elections. Today, he designs systems for predictable human behavior in business, helping organizations architect environments where the right decisions become the easiest and most desirable path.

Tim's story roots in the creative industry. He produced commercial music for world-renowned brands (Koenigsegg, Warner, Sony, Netflix) from 2016 to 2019. His entertainment industry connections allowed him to then establish a California-based design agency, Shut Down Media, which served various Fortune 500 companies (Ford, Mercedes Benz, HBO). Following this success, he continued working in the VC and Tech sectors, scaling sales operations for businesses across North America and EU. Now he is utilizing that experience to successfully execute his role as a Partner and Behavior Designer at Mind Ventures Lab.
