Refund Policy

Refund Terms

Due to the nature of the educational program and the limited number of seats per cohort, refunds are handled as follows:

Before Program Start

Full refund available up to 14 days before the program start date. Requests made within 14 days of the start date will receive a 50% refund.

After Program Start

Refunds are not provided once the program has started. Each level is a standalone educational product, and enrollment constitutes access to the full curriculum for that level.

Deferrals

If you are unable to complete a level, you may request to defer your enrollment to the next available cohort, subject to availability. Deferral requests must be made in writing within the first 2 weeks of the program.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@mindventures.academy. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
