1. Nature of the Program

Mind Ventures Academy is an educational program. Each level (Level 1 and Level 2) is sold as a separate, standalone educational program. The program provides structured knowledge and frameworks — it is not consulting, coaching, or advisory services.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Results depend on individual effort, experience, and implementation. No specific business outcomes, revenue figures, or client acquisition results are guaranteed. The program provides educational content and frameworks that participants apply at their own discretion.

3. Program Structure

Each level runs for 3 months with 2 sessions per week delivered via online group video calls. Level 1 must be completed before enrolling in Level 2. Schedule and format may be adjusted with reasonable notice.

4. Payment

The fee for each level is €2,000, payable in full before the program start date. Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Prices are subject to change for future cohorts.

5. Intellectual Property

All program materials, frameworks, and content are the intellectual property of Mind Ventures Lab. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share program materials without written permission.

6. Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct during all sessions. Mind Ventures Lab reserves the right to remove participants who violate this policy without refund.
